You need to know there is no smoking in the house and you have an income. No pets are allowed.

The room can be furnished or unfurnished your choice.

You should be a clean, nice, easygoing person, because we are.

A 6 month to 1 year agreement with the option to renew is what is available.

Your rent will include all of the utilities, Water, Electric, Gas, Cable and Wireless High Speed Internet. Your rent will never change, even if the bills do.

You will have your own bedroom, with use of the kitchen, Living room, Dinning room, Laundry room and both bathrooms. Parking is on the street in front of the house.

There is only one bedroom on the first floor so you almost have the entire floor to yourself.
